Dieses zukunftsweisende Wohnprojekt entsteht im Rahmen der IBA\u201927 und wird von der Neues Heim \u2013 Die Baugenossenschaft eG und der Baugenossenschaft Zuffenhausen eG realisiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oberb\u00fcrgermeister Dr. Frank Nopper: \u201eIn Stuttgart-Rot geschieht mit Unterst\u00fctzung von Land und Landeshauptstadt Beispielhaftes: Im \u201aQuartier am Rotweg\u2018 entsteht ein Vorzeigeprojekt mit 217 Wohnungen \u2013 auch mit neuen gemeinschaftlichen Wohnformen \u2013 f\u00fcr Menschen unterschiedlichster Herkunft, unterschiedlichsten Alters und in unterschiedlichsten Lebenslagen.
