Juni 2025 hat der Deutsche Bundestag \u00c4nderungen am Allgemeinen Eisenbahngesetz (\u00a7 23 AEG) beschlossen, die die Umnutzung nicht mehr ben\u00f6tigter Bahnfl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr den Wohnungsbau wieder erm\u00f6glichen.
